ABOUT ME

Hello and welcome! My name is Taylor Hansen and I am a certified personal trainer, online coach, a wife, and a mother. Although I have been active throughout my life, my fitness journey didn't really begin until I had my son in 2013! Since then I have been on a mission to pursue my potential, in every area of my life. The desire to see what I am capable of led me to start competing in physique shows up to a national level, join Crossfit, become a coach, run in a Spartan Race, begin yoga and hula hoop dancing and so much more!


I am always seeking to grow, I truly care about my clients, and I am confident in my ability to guide you through your fitness journey!

GROUP HULA HOOP CLASSES

In this 60 minute class you will burn calories, strengthen your core, be challenged and have a blast!

Hoops will be provided!


PRICING / ENERGY EXCHANGE:

Single Session - $20

10 Class Package - $175          

           ($17.50 / Class)

Mom & Me Single Class Package - $35

Mom & Me 10 Class Package - $300          

*** A portion of the proceeds from every class will be donated to various charities.
